How to apply and pay for guardianship

An application for Study Links Guardianship is very quick.

We can confirm guardianship within one working day if you send all the right information and payment is made online.

Application process

  • Complete the guardianship registration form
    (if you’re still not sure which service is right for you, contact us)
  • When we have all the information we need, we send you an invoice based on your requests
  • You pay the full invoice amount
  • We confirm guardianship with you and your school/university

FIRST CHOICE

Flywire

With this online system you can pay by credit card, debit card or Electronic fund transfer (EFT) to a local bank (certain countries excluded). To pay your Study Links invoice with Flywire, click the hyperlink below.

THIRD CHOICE

Send a Cheque or Banker’s draft

Cheque or Bankers draft payments are only available to Full, Standard and Limited Guardianship and whom are paying 2 months in advance of the start date due to postal delays and cheque or Banker’s draft processing times.

Full payment instructions will be sent with your invoice.

Contracts & Cancellations

When you complete the registration form, you agree to Study Links’ full Terms and Conditions as set out in the registration form and Agreement with Parents document.

This document is always available on request.

All guardianship cancellations must be received in writing, one term in advance. Any credit remaining on your student account will be refunded, less bank charges.

I want a different service

No problem. Contact us and we will amend your application.

Where is my invoice?

If you have answered every question of the registration form, we can issue the invoice within 24 hours.
If we need more information we will contact you within 24 hours.   Please answer your phone/check your email regularly.
If you have not received your invoice within 2 working days (to allow for time differences), please contact us.

My invoice is wrong

We create the invoice based on your completed registration form. If there are any mistakes, contact us so we can change your application and invoice.

Is my money safe with Flywire?

I don’t understand the application/contract

For some languages we have translated applications and contracts (simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Russian). Please contact us if you want a paper copy in your language.

For all other languages, we can provide a translation service but there may be a cost involved. Contact us for a quote.

I want to cancel my guardianship application

Are you sure? Most of our students stay with us throughout their studies in the UK. Please contact us if you are not happy with guardianship or you want a tailored service.
